So, as many of you know we are now homeowners!! Its so exciting and surreal. We have been looking for awhile and found an awesome home for us. It's red brick and stucco, 4 bedrooms, a great back yard with vinyl fencing, 2500 sq. ft. and just a good home for us. We have visited the ward for a few weeks and they have been SOO friendly and we love our neighborhood.
Commonly asked questions:
WHEN ARE YOU MOVING IN?: We still need to paint the entire house and it needs to be cleaned before we move in. Plus we did not want to be rushed and have a half ready place to bring our baby home to. So we are working on it as much as we can being pregnant, and Nolan working and going to school full time. Our family and friends have offered a lot of help and we are so grateful for that. It's really important to me to be able to enjoy our little girl when she comes and not be worrying about the house or moving during the week Nolan doesn't have to work. So we decided to keep our apartment into October to make that happen.
ARE YOU CRAZY BUYING A HOUSE AND HAVING A BABY ALL IN THE SAME WEEK???
YES, we are completely crazy. It is really stressful and exciting all at the same time. Nolan commented to me the other day: we don't to anything "normal" we either GO BIG OR GO HOME!! We are excited and when you find your house, you jump on it, and it happend to be crazy timing!
WHEN WILL YOU POST PICTURES??
We are so excited with our house and wish everyone could see it, but we are crazy busy!! Blogging isn't really a high priority. Unfortunately, it won't be for awhile. We will post before and after pictures for sure its just a matter of time :)

ALIVE and computerless
We are definitely alive! Tons of things have happened in the past little bit. Sorry this post is picture-less as well. So here is a short and sweet update.
UPDATE 1
-How about number one fact: OUR BABY'S DUE DATE IS IN 20 DAYS yes as in DAYS!!
-I went to the doctor last week and was checked for the first time. NOTHING! Which is fine cause I still have a couple of weeks. But this week when I go I want to hear something even if its just..your softer than last time! Baby is doing great and I had the dr. check to make sure she was still a girl...very obvious she is a girl still!
-Nolan is beside himself and sometimes I think he going to burst if he has to wait any longer for her to come. We have spent so much money on cute clothes for her and she has everything she needs to come now.
UPDATE 2: Job change
-I am no longer working as a nanny (for now). I miss my sweet boys like crazy! Life has been wierd not filling my days with cute smiles, trains, and boys! This was such a hard decision, and transition for me.
I looked at every option before we decided that this was the best thing for us. When baby girl gets here I will probably go back 1 day a week so I can see the boys and still have a relationship with them. It has been so hard watching them get a new nanny and see somebody else filling my postition. Will is practically my son of 3 years. I kind of feel like I am getting my kids taken away from me, and I litterally feel heart sick. I love them so much and I have such a special place in my heart for the Johnson family. I know they are only a short drive away and its not like I will never see them again, but it will never be the same. They were my life every day of the week for almost 10 hours a day. I know that when my baby comes I will have a special bond with her that will be completely different and amazing and I look forward to that day. But for now I miss my little boys!
UPDATE 3: Change of vehicle?
We have been so blessed by Nolan's work. They gave him a brand new truck that he LOVES! He is working in provo right now and it is a CRAZY long commute. So to have a vehicle to put the miles on rather than ours is great! Not to mention not having to fill it up with gas! So that brings us to our next thing...TO SELL or not to SELL. We have a car that sits all the time. It's paid off and runs good so it almost seems like it is worth more to us then if we were to sell it. I don't know what to do.
UPDATE 4: No internet or computer
I don't have a computer or internet. I used have it at work when I had free time. But we kind of live in the dark ages and hopefully this will change soon. That is why I have not updated in FOREVER! IN a way it is nice cause I dont waste time on facebook or other things but I feel a little out of touch. Nolan does have a work computer but he uses it for homework at nights so we will have way to show pictures of the baby when she gets here. We wouldn't want to pass up an opportunity to show her off!
UPDATE 5: Some good news to come shortly

Pregnancy update and Nursery sneak peak!
FIRST THINGS FIRST: I am apologizing in advance if you are all bored with the pregnancy posts, but as always its my way of saving the memories :)
Nursery Sneak Peak: This is way more than I was going to show, but it really doesn't do any justice. This is when we first got our crib and I am IN LOVE WITH IT!!! It took a lot of shopping around and a lot of other options before we decided to invest in this one! I LOVE IT A TEN!! I am just waiting for a few last finishing touches like the curtain valance that is supposed to be here by now! I am excited for her nursery!
Painting the flowers--what a pain. It turned out so cute though!
Pregnancy Update : Our time is begining to wind down until the little munchkin gets here. Everyone is getting so excited for us and it is fun to have our family just as excited as we are. This is Sunday dinner when the baby was putting on a little show for her family! She is already spoiled by the grandparents and aunties! Every time we come over there is a discussion about baby names, what is going to happen when the final day comes (when can we come to the hospital, when are you going to call us ect.) We know this little girl is going to have LOTS of love!
THE AWESOME DAD: WOW, where do I even start...this boy is one of the best parts of pregnancy. Seeing his excitement, hearing him talk to my belly, bringing home little outfits, always asking about her, always thoughtful of how I am feeling, rubbing my back, the list goes on and on. Nolan has completely exceeded my expectations with pregnancy and he is so excited for his little girl to come. He has big plans for the two of them to be buddies. He is a proud dad already! Despite the silly picture he hasn't even put on ONE pound of pregnancy weight!
PREGNANCY UPDATE: Baby girl Poulson is doing great. She moves pretty constantly now, and I LOVE IT!! Sometimes I feel like she is dancing in there. She is looking beautiful. At our last visit we got and awesome 3D picture of her and she is so cute! I wonder how close she'll look to her picture? We have added a name or two to our list. Pregnancy is going well--the summer is HOT!!! The doctor says everything looks great. Starting to worry a little bit about the whole labor thing--I think sometimes I forget that I actually have to give birth to her to get her here.
BELLY BUSTERS: My belly has kind of leveled off lately--poor thing she is running out room.
27 weeks
30 weeks
And most recent 32 weeks!!

Trials
POST DISCLAIMER: this post is LONG, a little serious, and personal...read at your own risk :)
I have been thinking recently about trials. I look around at people and what they face each day, and I look back on things I have experienced. It is so easy to question during those times. Its easy to feel hopeless and have your faith waiver. However, I love the times when a little understanding comes. Understanding or gratitude for our trials.
Many of you know, that we had a hard time getting pregnant and after almost a couple of years and many many months of dissapointment, sadness, and anger. We were blessed to get pregnant. The happiness lasted a few short days when I lost the baby. It was devastating. It didn't end there, problems arose from the pregnancy and surgery followed, along with other complications that lasted a few months. During this time I remember my faith waivering. I remember questioning, I remember feeling angry and hurt. I remember feeling hopeless. It was so difficult to deal with all the emotions and as hard as I tried I was not feeling the comfort I was seeking from the Lord. I had a sweet husband, good friends, and my family who supported me, and loved me, and lent me their faith to lean on.
As time has past and I have time to heal, and contimplate that time. I have learned alot. I still don't have the full understanding of that trial. But slowly new things come into view that I couldn't see at the time.
I learned to overcome jealousy, envy, and anger towards others with babies or others who were pregnant. This was a difficult lesson. I prayed constantly that I could truely be happy for others and share in their experiences. I never fully mastered this but I tried as hard as I could. I felt like the Lord knew I was giving it my all.
I learned that Heavenly Father is there even when at times we can't feel him in the ways we expect. Heavenly Father gave me Nolan to help comfort me during this time, he was strong and I was so grateful to have him. Heavenly Father put friends in my path that truely held me up during that time. He let me feel a little bit distant from him, so that when I let go of un-godly feelings like anger and sadness I could recognize him and his presence more fully.
There are two things I felt I learned the most about during this time and one was empathy. I think I have come to realize that the reason we sometimes go through trials is not only for ourselves, but for others as well. I know during my hard time, people shared trials and experiences of their own that made me feel like I wasn't alone. I also feel like there have been a lot of people that I know that have lost babies, not been able to get pregnant, or other drastic trials. I don't know exactly what they are going through, but my heart breaks for them, I have a bigger understanding of what they might be feeling, and how to act towards them. I feel a special understanding of their grief.
I remember a long time ago before I was married I knew someone that was dealing with infertility for almost 7 years and I remember her crying when she found out someone else was pregnant. I thought to myself "Really? You can't expect peoples life to stop around you just because you aren't able to get pregnant" I feel really bad about this thought now, but it just shows the difference in my thinking since going through it myself.
I am not trying to compare my experiences to others or say I know what they feel like. Or say that my trial was so hard compared to others, Because I feel like my trial was insignificant compared to theirs. But it has helped me to feel more compassion toward them. I am grateful for that.
The other thing is being grateful for pregnancy and everything that comes with it. I am not perfect at not complaining. But I try really hard to be grateful of the blessing I have of carrying a baby right now. I remember the time when I said "I would give anything to be puking in the toilet right now, if it meant I had a baby inside me" It would make me so upset when pregnant women would complain about feeling sick, or being uncomfortable, or miserable. I just wanted to yell at them and say "atleast your feeling sick cause you have a baby in you!" Its such a miracle and such a blessing to carry a healthy baby. We take our blessings for granted sometimes. I know I am truely blessed and I am so grateful to be pregnant and carrying my little girl. I am grateful for my Heavenly Father for giving me trials and the life lessons that come from them. And the blessings he gives me along the way to make it through them. I am grateful he has blessed me with a healthy pregnancy so far and has entrusted me and Nolan to become parents.
I just want to say I am grateful for those of you who share your stories about your trials and your strength it truly helps me and I am in awe of your strength and your courage.
