This year for my birthday and for our 4 year anniversary Nolan surprised me with Michael Buble concert tickets in KANSAS CITY!! It was our last little trip before our baby girl arrives. We had so much fun together, we had no schedule, no where to be, and no work calls for Nolan. It was so nice. We did lots of fun things there.


This is our GPS that we got with our rental car. She became our best friend we called her SANDRA (sandy for short). It was pretty funny, she became a joke through out the whole trip. She took us to this way way ghetto part of town by the railroad tracks and no lights and told us that's where a walmart was!!! I was freaking out. It was so CREEPY!!

WE have been married 4 years, and I chose the best guy ever!
It was sooo humid there!! It was SOO hot and you always felt sweaty. This is us waiting at the concert after walking around all day!

This is our first rental car..Nolan is still the only one of us who is old enough to rent a car, he is growing up!

Mommy Recommendation

So I guess I need to start looking for a pediatrician. I am not sure who to go to. I know I am already sounding picky and paranoid but I really want someone who we can stay with throughout all our kids and is somewhat close. I would really like someone who is:

* EXTRA thorough.
*One who doesn't just throw medicine at you, but actually wants to figure out what the problem is, and explore all avenues.
*One who doesn't treat you like your a new stupid mom who is paranoid
*One who checks on milestones
* Friendly and DOES NOT RUSH through appointments like your just another number
*ONe that is fairly easy to get into when you need a same day appointment.

IS THERE A DOCTOR OUT THERE LIKE THIS? Somewhere in davis county? I would love to hear your recommendations or advice about choosing a pediatrician!

Baby Update!

Baby Girl Poulson is 14 weeks away from showing us her sweet little face!! I can't believe it! I am LOVING being preganant especially the second trimester it is the "dream trimester" I love watching my belly grow, and we are completely enjoying feeling her move and watching my belly move! She is almost 2 lbs and growing great. Everything went good during our big ultra sound and each time we go to the Dr. she is right on target for her due date!

As of 26 weeks (pictured above)
1. No more breaking out into hives for some unknown reason
2. No crazy cravings just REALLY enjoy watermelon and pineapple
3. Rarely sick or throwing up anymore
4. We have a name list of 6 NAMES!! It doesn't look like it will be narrowed down so we will take all 6 to the hospital with us
5. My sciatic nerve is causing me discomfort and pain on a daily basis
6. Still sleeping pretty well with the help of six pillows
7. The summer heat has already become an enemy of mine
8. STILL SO THRILLED WE ARE HAVING A GIRL.
9. Haven't bought any clothes for atleast 2 months--DADDY is getting strict on this
10. Still LOVING being pregnant!

THE NURSERY PROGRESS

Her nursery is about 75% done. We got a crib and the cutest bedding EVER! I just had to set it up the same day we got it..YES just a little excited. We also had to refinish a dresser, 2 nightstands, and still have 1 dresser waiting. We took the one out of our room to put in her room, then found a great deal at a garage sale for us...kinda hideous but with a little paint and some new hardware it will look just great! MIGHT I MENTION..Nolan carried it up our stairs BY HIMSELF!!! I thought I was going to go into labor..I was freaking out!

Special Day

Our 4 year anniversary!! It is this thursday and seeing that I will be gone this post is a tad early, but I had to pay tribute to my handsome GROOM on our 4 year anniversary. I know everyone says it..BUT I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S BEEN 4 years!!
In a way I kinda still feel like newly weds. In fact I am proud to say even up until year 4 people have told us that we still act like newly weds, I take it as a compliment.
The last 4 years of my life have been full of many new experiences, some challenging, some that brought great sadness, and lots of moments full of love and romance.
I am so happy with the decision I made to marry Nolan. He truely is an incredible husband. I said this when I was dating Nolan and it's still true today..."I know I couldn't find someone else who treats me the way he does, or loves me as much as he does"

1. Cuddling in bed each night
2. Quality time with special date nights (sleepovers in the family room, flying kites, Nolan teaching me to throw a football better, walks, games, and wrestling.

I LOVE YOU NOLAN, it has been the most amazing 4 years and I look forward to many more. THank you for being the most amazing husband and loving me through the good and bad. I love you more than anything and I can't wait to embark on a new journey together..parenthood! Happy Anniversary!

What Happens in Vegas...

We went down to Vegas for a little getaway. It was so fun! Nolans BEST FRIEND growing up (Caden) and his wife (Megan) came down with us. She is pregnant too and we are only a couple of days apart! Both pregnant with girls! We had such a blast, we relaxed in the sun, went to the strip, and even went to the Cirque Du Soleil show! Tiffany and Phil--Wills mom and dad, were so kind to let us stay in their amazing house!
